Brad Joseph is one of the founding principals as well as the managing broker of Joseph & Camper Commercial, which was opened with the intention of creating a full-service, fully integrated commercial real estate brokerage firm serving Central Illinois. Brad’s experience has included tenant representation, development, property management, and acquisitions. Brad brings a wide range of roles and diversity of experience to the Joseph & Camper culture.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University and went on to receive his master’s degree in real estate from Roosevelt University. He previously served as a Real Estate Sales Manager at Prudential in downtown Chicago before leaving to take a job as the Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions for a boutique retail company based out of Charlotte, NC. In 2006, Brad moved back to Peoria to join his father, David Joseph, who was running his development company.

Brad primarily focuses on advising clients in real estate investments as well as tenant representation for tenants such as Sherwin-Williams, Qdoba, T-Mobile, and more. Brad has been a licensed broker since 2002, specializing with retail real estate and has executed over 2 million square feet of lease and sale transactions throughout his career. Brad has brokered many complicated and successful projects in all property classes including retail, office, hotel, mixed-use, and industrial. Brad has the experience and qualifications to assist on any real estate deal.

Tom Camper has been a top-producing commercial real estate broker for more than 30 years. His extensive knowledge of the properties and companies in the Peoria market allow him to provide insightful advice that his clients rely on.

Tom is known for his ability to assist his clients in dealing with changes within their industries and the local business climate. He holds a strong reputation in the community, garnered by years of fairness in all dealings. Working with retail, office, industrial, and investment properties, Tom has consistently brokered the highest annual dollar volume of commercial sales and leases within the Peoria area.

William began his commercial career in 2006 with a Central Illinois developer finding tenants for new office buildings along with planned retail and restaurant developments. In 2007, William moved to Chicago and in short time became the senior leasing and sales broker for the Alliance Real Estate Advisors, a boutique commercial firm with a primary focus on the River North and West Loop neighborhoods. Although experienced as a tenant representative for retail, office, and industrial space, William specialized in landlord representation with a focus on loft office buildings.

William moved back to Central Illinois in 2011 and has been able to use his expertise in the leasing and sale of commercial real estate in the Peoria business community for the last 13 years. In his first two years back in the Peoria market, William brokered the highest number of commercial transactions in the Peoria area according to the Peoria Area Association of Realtors®.

William specializes in using the latest technology to conduct diligent market research, which helps him negotiate the best possible terms for his clients. William focuses on his clients’ specific goals and takes pride in assisting them with their needs in an honest and straight-forward manner. Since joining Joseph & Camper Commercial in 2011, William has familiarized himself with every sector of the commercial market. William has experience with sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial, land, and investment properties in the Central Illinois region. Joseph & Camper provides clients with an unmatched combination of real estate knowledge, experience, and dedication. William is proud to be part of the Joseph & Camper team and enjoys working to assist the Peoria area business community.

In his free time, William serves as a current board member of the Peoria County Care & Treatment Board whose mission to identify, prioritize and create a collaborative effort to meet the Care and Treatment needs of children and adults with mental and other developmental disabilities. William is also a trustee of the Peoria Autism Trust, a non-governmental body that provides funding for organizations that support individuals that are impacted by autism spectrum disorders. William is also an active supporter of the Heart of Illinois Down Syndrome Association, St. Jude, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Steve Reeves joined Joseph & Camper Commercial in 2020. He attended Northwestern University before acquiring his Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) certification and founding a brokerage firm. Pivoting on that experience, he established a real estate company in 2008 that focused on residential property rehabilitation in the Peoria area.

In addition, Steve has founded and operated an impressive list of locally recognizable businesses over the last 14 years, including Happy Fish Sushi, Gin Joint, Little Raven Creamery, and more. During this time, Steve learned how to seek out the suitable locations for each type of business and how to negotiate favorable deals with landlords.

At Joseph & Camper, Steve uses an outside-the-box approach, sharing relatable experiences to help entrepreneurial spirits achieve their visions. He knows the struggles business owners face, having lived them for over a decade right here in the local market.
