William began his commercial career in 2006 with a central Illinois developer finding tenants for new office buildings and planned-retail and restaurant developments. In 2007 William moved to Chicago IL and in short time became the senior leasing and sales broker for the Alliance Real Estate Advisors in downtown Chicago. Alliance was a boutique commercial firm with a primary focus on the River North and West Loop neighborhoods. Although also experienced as a tenant representative for retail, office and industrial space, William specialized in landlord representation with a focus on loft office buildings.
William moved back to central Illinois in 2011 and has been able to use his expertise in the leasing and sale of commercial real estate in the Peoria business community for the last ten years. In his first two years back in the Peoria market William brokered the highest number of commercial transactions in the Peoria area according to the Peoria Area Association of Realtors®. William specializes in using the latest technology to conduct diligent market research, which helps him negotiate the best possible terms for his clients. William focuses on his clients’ specific goals and takes pride in assisting them with their needs in an honest and straight-forward manner. Since joining Joseph & Camper Commercial in 2011, William has familiarized himself with every sector of the commercial market. William has experience with office, retail, industrial, land and investment sales and leasing in the Central Illinois region. Steve Reeves joined Joseph and Camper in 2020. Steve attended Northwestern University and then went on to acquire his Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) certification and founded a brokerage firm. Pivoting on that experience, he established a Real Estate company in 2008 that focused on residential property rehabilitation in the Peoria area. In addition, Steve has founded and operated an impressive list of locally recognizable businesses over the last 14 years (Happy Fish Sushi, Gin Joint, Little Raven Creamery to name a few) wherein he learned how to seek out the suitable locations for each type of business and how to negotiate a favorable deals with Landlords. At Joseph and Camper, Steve uses an outside-the-box approach to help entrepreneurial spirits achieve their vision as he shares relatable experiences. He knows the struggles business owners face and lived them for over a decade – right here in the local market.
Tom Camper
Tom Camper has been a top-producing commercial real estate broker for more than 30 years. His extensive knowledge of the properties and companies in the Peoria market allow him to provide insightful advice that his clients rely on.
Tom is known for his ability to assist his clients in dealing with changes within their industries and the local business climate. He holds a strong reputation in the community, garnered by years of fairness in all dealings. Working with retail, office, industrial and investment properties, Tom has consistently brokered the highest annual dollar volume of commercial sales and leases within the Peoria Area Association of Realtors®.
Brad Joseph
Brad Joseph has developed an excellent reputation as a tenant representative with his extensive knowledge of the Central Illinois market. The strategic success for his clients lies with his experience to analyze the targeted trade areas, locate the optimal sites, and negotiate the most favorable terms. Brad also works on company acquisitions and uses this experience for the benefit of his clients.
A graduate of St. Louis University, Brad received his Masters Degree in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. He previously served as a Real Estate Sales Manager in Chicago and as the Real Estate Director for a retail company in Charlotte, North Carolina.
